Billing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new organization starts on a free trial as soon as it signs up, with no card required. Plans that include a longer trial show it on the plan card.

How do I pay for a plan?

Sign in to your dashboard and open Purchase Plan. Payments are processed securely online through Razorpay using UPI, cards or net banking, and your plan is active as soon as the payment succeeds.

Can I switch to another plan later?

Yes. You can buy a different plan from Purchase Plan at any time, for example when you add more properties, rooms or beds than your current plan allows.

Do you offer discount coupons?

From time to time we run offers. If you have a coupon code, enter it at checkout and the discount is applied before you pay.

What happens when my subscription ends?

Your organization's public website shows a "subscription expired" notice and access to paid features is paused until you renew. Renew from Purchase Plan to restore access.
